Transitional Housing Program

Founded in 2014, MDV Properties is a Minority, Woman, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Real Estate Development Company specializing in providing Luxury, Green, Smart Technology Driven, Carbon Neutral, Net Zero Single and Multi Family New Construction Residences particularly Transitional Housing for Purchase. 

MDV Properties offers Luxury New Construction Transitional Housing for any segment of your population to include Homeless, Women and Veterans who are earning minimum wage and below. Our Founder is passionate about this Transitional Housing Program for two very distinct reasons. One as a Company Commander of a Warrior Transition Unit at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in the Military, she was pivotal in leading 270 plus Soldiers and 30 plus Staff Members that consisted of a team of dedicated Medical professionals to include a Medical Doctor, Nurses and Social Workers and a team of Senior Company Command Professionals to provide comprehensive case management, medical support, and transition assistance to wounded, ill, or injured Soldiers as they navigate the Army's medical system, aiming to either successfully reintegrate them back into active duty or facilitate their transition out of the military depending on their individual needs.. The mission involved these core components:  Complex case management with the coordination of care across various medical specialties and providing necessary advocacy for the Soldier. An Individualized approach assessing each Soldier's needs to develop a personalized transition plan that aligns with their medical condition and career goals.  Lastly providing Community support integrating family members and support organizations to ensure comprehensive care and a smooth transition. 
 
Second she personally influenced a family member to enroll and complete a Transitional Housing program, Our House that empowers homeless and near-homeless families and individuals to succeed in the workforce, in school, and in life through hard work, wise decision-making, and active participation in the community.

If given the opportunity to Partner with your Governmental Organizations, MDV Properties would approach the Housing challenge with a two fold mission: To provide Transitional Housing for the Program and To provide Primary Dwelling Housing for the Transitional House Graduate after reintegration into Society. We will work hand in hand with your Transitional Program and other Housing Programs to expound upon the Housing Counseling offered by Housing Programs such as NACA to provide Transitional Housing and Primary Dwelling Housing within the HomeBuyers Budget while offering the highest standard of Luxury Living. We not only assist them with realizing their Dreams of Home ownership, we also teach them how to raise their Wages and Income by becoming Investors. We believe Inaffordability should be a temporary situation in one's life not permanent.
