How is MDV Properties different from its competitors?

How long will it take to build my Villa?  

Our Company is a Green Builder that also specializes in iLuxury Villa. We offer the Homebuyer and Investor an opportunity to own a Luxury Villa with similar features of Luxury Residences that are 10,000 sqft and above without the Million Dollar price tag.

We build Luxury Residences in 2 to 4 months,not years. We are Military; we have over 23 years experience with completing projects with short turn arounds and the higher standards.

We operate Nationally and have no limitations on providing  Luxury Residences no matter your location.

​

We offer Modern and Contemporary style Luxury Residences which is difficult to find under 2,500 square feet.

What industries does MDV Properties

work in?

MDV Properties specializes in New Construction of Luxury, Green, Technologically Smart Single and Multi Family Villas.

 

We work with Home Buyers who have distinctive taste on a modest budget especially Soldiers and Veterans as we are a VA Loan Builder.

 

Our Company also works with New and Savvy investors step by step through the Cash Out  and Build for Rent Program process for Luxury Single and Multi Family (any number of units) Residences..

 

Our Company also contracts with the Government as a Minority, Woman, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Real Estate Development Company.

The timeframe depends on various factors to include project scope and size. Single Family Villas usually take from 2-4 weeks. Multi Family Villas usually take 4-8 weeks to build. 

Is there a minimum lot size requirement if I
own land?

A lot should have a minimum of .15 acres 

Does your Company offer financing?

Our Company offers Container Home financing loans for Single and Multi Family Investment Villas up to $100,000, Terms up to 12 years, APRs as low 3.99%. Financing features include an Instant Online Pre-Qualification within seconds and receive funding in days.

What experience does MDV Properties have?

Our Contractors have 20 plus years experience in their specialties. Most of our contractors are Military Veterans who have performed admirably as Leaders, an individual and as a team. We have high expectations and standards and want the same for our Clients.

MDV Properties will manage, repair and renovate the investor owned Villas in the Planned Residential Communities built by MDV Properties only to ensure Luxury Villa standards are upheld for the Appreciation value for the Community and the Investor.

What forms of payment are accepted?

VA Loans, VA Construction to Perm Loans, New Construction

Loans, Wires and Bank Cashier’s Check.

Is there a requirement to own land or do
you offer lots for sale?

Yes you will need to own your own land. However if you do

not own land, we are willing to offer guidance and refer you

to local Realtors who specialize in land sales. Our Company

does not currently have lots for sale however has a future

development, Cambia that will offer your choice of lot.

Does MDV Properties offer Renovation and
Repair services?

MDV Properties will manage, repair and renovate the investor

owned Villas in the Planned Residential Communities built by

MDV Properties only to ensure Luxury Villa standards are upheld

for the Appreciation value for the Community and the Investor.
